Kryla Ukrainian Dancers are very fortunate to have a
dedicated team of costume designers and support personnel. The
costume department, headed by Nadia Kralka, provides costumes to all of
the dancers in the club, including the maintenance of all club costumes.
Over the years Kryla has developed a considerable wardrobe with several
versions of each regional style.
Although young dancers are
responsible for their own costumes, parents are provided support in
creating their own Central Ukraine costumes, or helped in the purchasing
of appropriate costumes. For the Intermediate, Senior, and
Performance groups several complete sets of costumes are provided to the
dancers.
